1. Service Description
AI Kibble ("we," "us," "our"), operated by OSSUM IT Managed Technology Services, provides a digital business card generator and optional hosting service. The free card generator allows you to create and download a self-contained HTML business card file. The paid hosting service publishes your card at a URL on the aikibble.com domain.
2. Hosting Term and Pricing
Initial Term: The hosted card service costs $19.00 (USD) for an initial two (2) year hosting period, beginning on the date your payment is processed.
Auto-Renewal: After the initial 2-year term, your hosting will automatically renew on an annual basis at a rate of $2.50 (USD) per year unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. We will send a renewal invoice to the email address on file at least 30 days before each renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your hosted card at any time by emailing support@ossumit.com. If you cancel during the initial 2-year term, no refund will be issued for the remaining period. If you cancel during a renewal period, your card will remain live through the end of that paid period and will then be taken offline.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change renewal pricing with at least 60 days written notice to your email address on file. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
3. Service Availability
Uptime: We strive to maintain reasonable uptime for hosted cards but do not guarantee 100% availability. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Service Discontinuation: In the unlikely event that we discontinue the card hosting service entirely, we will provide at least 90 days written notice to all active hosted card customers. During that notice period, we will provide you with a downloadable copy of your card HTML file so you can self-host it elsewhere. Any unused prepaid hosting time will be refunded on a prorated basis.
No Guarantee of Perpetual Hosting: Hosted card service is provided on a term-by-term basis as described above. We do not guarantee indefinite or permanent hosting of any card.
4. Your Content
Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you provide for your business card, including your name, contact information, logo, photographs, and other materials.
License: By using the hosting service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve your card content for the purpose of providing the service.
Prohibited Content: You may not use the hosting service to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any hosted card that violates these restrictions, with or without notice. No refund will be issued for cards removed due to content violations.
Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of all information on your hosted card. We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of your business information, credentials, or claims.
5. Card Updates
To update the content of your hosted card (contact information, photo, services, etc.), email us at support@ossumit.com with your requested changes. Reasonable content updates are included at no additional charge during your hosting term. Extensive redesigns or frequent changes may incur additional fees, which will be communicated to you before any work is performed.
6. Payment
Payment is processed through QuickBooks Online. By purchasing hosting, you authorize us to send invoices to your email address on file. Failure to pay a renewal invoice within 30 days of the due date may result in your hosted card being taken offline. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before removing your card.
7. Refunds
The initial $19.00 hosting fee is non-refundable once your card has been published, as the service has been rendered. If we are unable to publish your card due to a technical issue on our end, a full refund will be issued. Annual renewal fees of $2.50 are non-refundable once the renewal period has begun.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OSSUM IT and AI Kibble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the hosting service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for hosting in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OSSUM IT, AI Kibble, and its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your card content, or your violation of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the hosting service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Free Tool
The free digital business card generator (download-only, no hosting) is provided as-is with no warranty or obligation. Cards generated and downloaded through the free tool are entirely your property and your responsibility. We have no obligation to support, maintain, or update self-hosted cards created with the free tool.
